Administration > Role Matrix Page

The Administration > Role Matrix page allows authorized personnel to view and edit the user roles assigned to each AHOBPR Clinical Portal user.

  1. To search for a user by their user name, enter their user name in the Search User box, and then click the Search button.

    If the user name is found in the system, the page will refresh to display on this user on the Administration > Role Matrix page.

    Note: -_If a user is assigned to multiple user roles, a separate entry will be displayed for each assigned role.

  2. If necessary, use the numbered links at the bottom of the User/Roles section to locate the appropriate user.
  3. Click the ID number link adjacent to the user's name.

    The Administration > Users > User.Name > Roles page displays as shown in the following example.

    Note: -_The User.Name included in the title of the page will be specific to the user selected previously. For example, in the displayed figure, the user's user name is james.smith. The system displays the Administration > Users > JAMES.SMITH > Roles page accordingly.

  4. In the Roles section, select or clear the check boxes to assign the appropriate roles to the user. The available roles include the following:

    AHOBPR Clinical Portal User Roles

    User Role

    Description
    Care Team

    Clinicians and Schedulers

    Care Team users are able to view Registrant records, add flags to Registrant records, and run basic reports.

    Advanced User

    EH and TCM Coordinators

    Advanced users are able to view Registrant records, add flags to Registrant records, change a Registrant's status, and run basic and advanced reports.

    Registry Manager

    OPH Staff

     

    Registry Mangers can manage user accounts and Registry Flags, update a Registrant's status, view Registrant records, manage message templates, create and send messages, and run advanced reports.
    Help Desk

     

    Help Desk users are provided limited access that allows them to troubleshoot issues with the AHOBPR Clinical Portal.

     

  5. Click the Save button.

    The system displays a prompt confirming that the user assignment role changes were made successfully..

  6. Click OK.

  7. Click the Close button to exit this page.

    The Administration > Role Matrix page displays.
